Pricing
Priced to pay for itself.
SafeArbor replaces budtender hours spent on pickup with hardware that runs 24/7. For most operators, the locker bank pays for itself in about a quarter, and keeps producing savings every month after.

The ROI case
Lower cost per ticket. Higher throughput per hour.
- Labor
- Pickup customers stop occupying budtender time. Your team focuses on consultation and the floor.
- Throughput
- Throughput scales with door count, not headcount.
- Resilience
- Pickup keeps running through staff shortages, 4/20, evening rush, and public-health disruptions.
- Compliance
- Age + ID verification and chain-of-custody enforced by the system, not by a tired human at the end of a shift.
Pricing FAQ
- How is SafeArbor priced?
- Two parts: the locker hardware, which you purchase and own outright, and a flat per-door monthly subscription that covers software, support, and replacement parts. We share exact rates as part of a configured quote.
- Why isn't the price listed on the site?
- Door count, install variant (stand-alone, rear-load, or drive-thru), and POS integration shape the right configuration for a store. We quote against your floorplan and volume so you see the actual ROI for your dispensary, not a generic number.
- Are there per-transaction or setup fees?
- Your monthly subscription includes a generous pickup volume at no per-transaction cost. Very high-volume stores may have usage fees above that, quoted transparently up front.
- How do agreement terms work?
- Term length is part of your configured quote. Pilot-friendly options are available; ask sales.
- What if I need a custom POS integration?
- We scope custom connectors on request and quote the timeline up front.
- Can I add doors later?
- Yes. Modular hardware lets you expand as pickup volume grows, billed at the same per-door rate.
- Who owns the hardware?
- You do, through a straightforward bill of sale. The subscription covers software, support, and replacement parts.
